The foundation is a heavy-duty 10″ I-beam chassis (15 lbs/ft), reinforced by a 2″ x 3″ x 3/16″ tubing tilt frame. Robust 16″ diamond plate steel fenders protect the trailer, while the running gear features ST235/80R16 10-ply radial tires on 16″ black mod wheels, with a gooseneck spare included. Power up and down with the KTI 12V hydraulic pump, a 5″ x 20″ cylinder, and a scissor lift achieving a 55° tilt angle. For demanding loads, a powerful Warrior 17,500 lbs winch with a 7.2 HP electric motor and wireless controller is included. Illuminate your path with DOT-approved Tecniq LED lights, powered by two 27 deep cycle marine batteries and a 110V trickle charger. Safety and durability are ensured with an all-weather wiring harness and double-insulated frame wiring. This Horizon dump trailer frame sets the standard for heavy-duty performance.
