Built for extreme durability and performance, the Horizon dump trailer frame is engineered to handle the toughest hauling demands. Featuring a robust 10″ I-beam chassis (15 lbs/ft) and a reinforced 2″ x 3″ x 3/16″ tubing tilt frame, this frame provides a solid foundation. Heavy-duty 16″ diamond plate steel fenders protect the structure. The running gear is equipped with ST235/80R16 10-ply radial tires on 16″ black mod wheels, with a gooseneck spare tire included for added peace of mind. Powering the lift system is a reliable KTI 12V hydraulic pump and a 5″ x 20″ cylinder with a scissor lift, achieving a powerful 55° tilt angle. A Warrior 17,500 lbs winch with a 7.2 HP electric motor and wireless controller is incorporated for maximum utility. Electrical power is supplied by two 27 deep cycle marine batteries, kept charged by a 110V integrated trickle charger. DOT-approved Tecniq LED lights ensure excellent visibility, and the all-weather and double-insulated wiring harness guarantees long-lasting reliability. This Horizon dump trailer frame offers exceptional strength and functionality for any heavy-duty application.
