While I did not buy directly from the Ozark location, I did have to deal with communicating with a manager here as it is the headquarters/main office for Trailer World AL. My experience was detestable. It was like dealing with a low quality used car salesman. He said everything he could to avoid addressing the issues at hand and avoid providing me with the service I paid up front for. When I pay $28,300 cash up front for a trailer to be built to order, I expect quality service and the product as ordered. Instead I got the run around, triple the delivery time, and more wait time to fix obvious issues I had to point out. They said they’d refund some money for my trouble, never saw it. Poor QC, poor service, poor experience. I do not recommend this business and will not buy from them again.
