We developed a short in our travel trailer’s brake line not allowing our tow vehicle’s brake controller to engage the trailer’s brakes. That’s okay when you’re in your home town and you can just go to your trailer service guy at your convenience. Unfortunately we were on the road traveling on our way to the Rocky Mountains which is definitely not a fun place to have your pick up truck doing all the heavy lifting when it comes to stopping your heavy travel trailer. After trying several other trailer brake companies in the area who couldn’t squeeze us in to fix our problem we finally called Trailer World of Ozark, Alabama who came through for us. “CP” Chris Phillips the parts and service manager came through for us! After describing the problem CP asked further questions like a detective diagnosing the problem over the phone for cryin’ out loud! We were an hour and a half away and they dropped everything and squeezed us in right away! We were in and out in about a half an hour and back on the road thanks to the guys at Travel World of Ozark
