I purchased a Raw Maxx 40ft megs ramp trailer in November of 2022. Daniel was very helpful in helping choose the trailer I needed. Sales Dept. 5stars.
Now the service department is the extreme opposite. Took my trailer in for an issue with the wheel studs being stripped. CP the service manager make the remark that they don’t balance the tires there. I explained to him that (Sales)Daniel had them put on when I purchased the trailer. He repeated told that they don’t balance tires on trailers. In my opinion he was implying that I was lying. I told him again that that’s how I purchased the trailer and nobody has removed the wheels because some of the wheel studs were stripped. After getting Daniel (Sales) involved it was confirmed that he in fact had the tires and wheels installed because that’s how they received them. Then CP said that I had ruined the brakes because I had the gain set to high and that New trucks constantly send voltage to the brakes even when you don’t have your foot on the brakes because I had the gain set too high. Phew! Clueless. The voltage sent from truck constantly is millivoltage. Less than a volt to confirmed the system connection. Well they refused to stand behind the 1year warranty. Costing me over $1100 to get my trailer back. Then when I got hooked up to my trailer, the brakes didn’t work. Unfortunately I will no longer be doing business with Trailer World. And would not recommend them.
