Absolutely terrible! We are paying for a 15,000 trailer from them and the tire had done flew off while we were driving down the road, turns out it was a defevt from the trailer because the studs and everything came off. Called months ago and asked if they had a tire and all for the trailer. They said no and they will call us when they get one in. NEVEE DID! Then we called the shop told them our situation and we needed to get in fixed. Told us we had to wait for July the 16th! Today while we had our son with us because we own our own business and we use the trailer for work and it’s his birthday today the tire on the other side blew! Called told us we had to pay for everything and we had to call the shop to see if we could get a new tire! DONT EVER USE THEM. they even told us we had insurance and roadside for this pos trailer that gave us nothing but trouble from the damn start!
