Phenomenal experience buying my trailer at the Bessemer location! Brian is awesome! Attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. I explained my needs and that this will be my first trailer. He took the time to walk me through the yard explaining the types of trailers and pros and cons. My timeline was short and he worked with me to get the trailer delivered early to give me time to drive with it prior to loading up my motorcycle. He even provided a quick class on how to attach it to my truck with some tips of the trade. Customer service was second to none! Refreshing experience, I will definitely be referring my wind family and Soldiers to him! Thank you, Brian!
