At its core is an unyielding 8″ @ 10 lb/ft structural I-beam mainframe and matching 8″ I-beam tongue, providing the structural rigidity needed to resist frame flex and torsional twisting under unevenly distributed loads.

Dumping power is delivered by a forward-mounted 3-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder with gravity-down operation, offering superior mechanical leverage, faster cycle times, and minimal electrical draw compared to traditional scissor hoists. Built to withstand continuous excavator bucket loading, the tub features a fully welded 10-gauge seamless steel floor and 10-gauge steel side walls supported by 3″ x 2″ structural uprights.
