GVWR: 7,000# – Maximum allowed loaded weight of trailer plus cargo is 7,000 lb; trailer weight itself must be subtracted to get usable payload.

TOP RAIL: 3×2 tube 1′ open – Perimeter rail is 3×2 rectangular tube steel with about a 1 ft gap above the deck, giving side containment without full-height sides.

COUPLER: 7K coupler – The hitch coupler is rated for 7,000 lb, matching the trailer’s GVWR; it should be used with an appropriately rated ball and tow vehicle.

AXLE: 3,500# idler, 3,500# brake – Two 3,500 lb axles; one has brakes, one does not (idler). Combined axle rating matches the 7,000 lb GVWR.

SAFETY CHAIN: ¼” – Quarter‑inch safety chains provide the required secondary connection between trailer and tow vehicle.

SUSPENSION: multi leaf – Traditional multi‑leaf spring suspension, common on utility trailers, simple and robust.

JACK: 2K top wind – Tongue jack is rated for 2,000 lb with a top‑mounted crank handle.

TIRE/WHEEL: 15″ 205/75/R15 – 15‑inch trailer wheels with 205/75R15 tires; check individual tire load rating but typically appropriate for a 7k tandem utility.

TONGUE: 4″ channel – Main tongue is 4‑inch steel channel; on this model it’s a wrap tongue that runs back along the frame for added strength.

FRAME: 3×2 angle 3/16 – Main frame rails are 3×2 angle steel, 3/16″ thick, which is fairly stout for a 7×16 utility.

CROSSMEMBERS: 3×2 angle 3/16 – Deck supports between the main rails are the same 3x2x3/16 angle, improving floor rigidity.

PAINT: 2‑stage urethane – Two‑stage urethane paint system (typically primer plus topcoat) offers better gloss and corrosion resistance than basic enamel.

GATE: 4′ mesh gate – Rear ramp gate is 4 ft tall with expanded metal mesh, used for loading equipment and acting as a tailgate.

PLUG: 7‑way round – Uses a standard RV‑style 7‑way round connector, supporting brakes, running lights, turn signals, and auxiliary power.

Breakaway kit – Battery and switch that activate the trailer brakes automatically if the trailer separates from the tow vehicle, as required on braked trailers over certain weights.

Tandem axle utility trailers are built for those who demand more. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a seasoned pro, these trailers deliver superior performance. Here’s why they stand out:

Haul More, Worry Less: Double the axles means double the load capacity. Carry heavier, bulkier items with confidence.

Rock-Solid Stability: Enjoy a smoother, safer ride, even at highway speeds. The extra axle dramatically reduces sway.

Grip Any Road: Four tires provide exceptional traction, giving you control and confidence in all weather conditions.

Superior Stopping Power: Advanced braking systems ensure shorter stopping distances and enhanced safety.

Balanced and Effortless Towing: The tandem axle design distributes weight evenly, minimizing strain on your vehicle and creating a more stable tow.
