Tandem-Axle Enclosed Cargo Trailer (7,000 lb GVWR) Engineered for dependable towing, durability, and weather-tight security, this tandem-axle enclosed trailer combines a rigid 2"x4" steel tube chassis with a flat, wrinkle-free .080 composite exterior. Built with tight 16" on-center floor crossmembers and wall studs, it provides the structural backbone required for contractor tools, ATVs, UTVs, commercial cargo, and general equipment. The aerodynamic V-nose profile increases fuel efficiency and interior floor space, while the tandem 3,500 lb drop axles ensure a smooth, stable tow with a low, easy-loading step height. Exterior & Styling .080 Composite Metal: Flat, semi-screwless exterior panels designed to resist thermal expansion, warping, and oil-canning V-Nose Aerodynamics: Front wedge design with vertical ATP trim and a 24" ATP stoneguard to deflect rock chips and road debris Roofing: Weather-tight, seamless Galvalume roof mounted on 24" on-center steel tube bows Fenders & Lighting: Smooth aluminum teardrop fenders with integrated marker lights and high-visibility LED strip tail lights Chassis & Structural Integrity Main Frame: 2" x 4" tubular steel main frame rails Floor Construction: 16" on-center crossmembers supporting heavy-duty 3/4" plywood flooring painted/sealed underneath Wall & Ceiling Framing: 1" x 1 1/2" steel tubing with 16" on-center wall studs lined with 3/8" premium plywood Interior Clearance: 75" (6'3") interior height for versatile cargo and equipment fitment Running Gear & Electrical GVWR: 7,000 lbs Axles & Suspension: Tandem 3,500 lb spring axles with 4" drop spindles and EZ-Lube hubs Tires & Wheels: 15" radial tires mounted on classic Silver Mod steel wheels Hitch & Coupler: 2 5/16" A-frame coupler with a 2,000 lb top-wind tongue jack Electrical: Standard 7-way RV pigtail connector and an interior 12V dome light Doors & Access Rear Entry: Available with a full-width rear ramp door for rolling equipment or double rear barn doors Side Door: 32" side entry door with flush RV lock for quick cargo access
