## **Return Policy**

At Trailer World, we strive for customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and standard business practices. **Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse or change of mind.** Returns are tightly restricted and only honored if all specific conditions below are met:

**Eligibility**

- Returns are accepted within **3 days** of the original purchase date.
- The product must be unregistered and in brand-new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) is required.

**Return Process**

- **Contact Us:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 334-445-0650 within the 3-day return window.
- **Return Authorization:** Not Applicable.
- **Packaging and Shipping:** Not Applicable.
- **Inspection and Processing:** Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- **Refund:** If the product is in brand-new condition and meets all other requirements, we will process your refund, less a 10% restocking fee.

**Restocking Fee**

A **10% restocking fee** will be applied to all eligible returns to cover processing and handling costs.

**Non-Returnable Items & Final Sales**

The following items are strictly **not eligible for return, exchange, or refund**:

- **Parts and Accessories:** All parts sales are final. Parts and components are not eligible for return.
- **State-Regulated Sales:** Trailers sold in states that require vehicle registration at the time of the sale are considered final and cannot be returned.
- **Registered Trailers:** Any trailer that has already been registered in the purchaser's name.
- **Used/Damaged Goods:** Any products that show signs of use or damage after the sale date.

**Refund Method**

Refunds will be issued via check 5 to 10 business days after the approval date.

**Policy Changes**

Trailer World reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time.
